Just finished up this pattern, it was really a fun one to hook. I used a lot of scraps, since there was lots of circles to hook. It ended up measuring 31" X 39" with the 3 rows of black for the border.
It is a happy rug!

Cathy, no this is not my design, it is a design by Karla Gerard. You can find them on ebay, they come as paper patterns and then you transfer them to your backing of choice! Love that!!
